By accessing, using, or registering for our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Section 01
Core Services and Licensing Model
1.1 AI Expert Advisor (EA) Licensing
Quantro Global provides access to proprietary AI software designed to execute high-frequency arbitrage and statistical trading strategies across Crypto, Forex, Equities, and Commodities. Access is granted strictly through the rental of an annual License Key.
License Fee
An annual, non-refundable license fee corresponding to your chosen membership tier (Explorer, Professional, Elite). This fee covers software access and maintenance — it is not an investment or deposit.
Activation
The License Key activates the AI EA for a 12-month period, enabling it to trade on the capital you allocate within your Quantro Global account.
Renewal
The License Key must be renewed annually. Failure to renew results in immediate suspension of all AI trading operations.
1.2 Non-Custodial / Allocated Capital
Quantro Global requires capital to be deposited into your segregated account for trading. You maintain ultimate control over deposits and withdrawals. The AI only executes trades on the allocated capital.
1.3 Scope of Service
Quantro Global provides technology and software licensing. We are not a broker, bank, financial advisor, or registered securities dealer. All trading is executed automatically by the licensed EA based on predefined, non-discretionary arbitrage algorithms.

Financial Disclosures and Risks
2.1 Risk Disclosure
Trading in any financial market carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high-frequency nature of AI arbitrage is designed to minimize risk by exploiting transient price differences, but does not eliminate risk entirely.
No Guarantee of Profit
Quantro Global makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding future profits. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Capital Loss Risk
Market conditions, technological failures, or severe liquidity shortages may result in partial or total loss of your allocated capital. Only risk capital you can afford to lose.
Regulatory Risk
The regulatory landscape for digital assets, AI, and financial technology is evolving. You bear the risk of changes in laws or regulations that may affect the viability of the service in your jurisdiction.
2.2 Withdrawal and Deposit Terms
Deposits
Subject to standard network confirmation times. Funds are held in a secure, segregated wallet before being allocated to the AI.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the specified business days. Limits or fees may apply for high-frequency withdrawals or those below the minimum threshold.
KYC / AML
All transactions are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. Accounts may be frozen or transactions refused to comply with legal obligations.
Section 03
Account Management and Security
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and not resident in any jurisdiction where the use of the service would violate local laws.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Quantro Global will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account.
3.3 License Key Misuse
The annual License Key is exclusive to the registered user. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, or transfer the License Key or the underlying AI software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Section 04
Quantro Global Partner Program
4.1 Program Participation
Participation is voluntary and exclusive to active, KYC-verified Quantro Global members.
4.2 Commission Structure
Commissions are earned based on the successful purchase and activation of a new referred member's initial and subsequent annual License Key fee. Commissions are not paid on trading profits or capital deposits.
4.3 Partner Compliance
Partners must adhere to the highest ethical standards. Prohibited activities include:
Making guaranteed claims of profit or returns
Using spam, misleading advertising, or aggressive marketing tactics
Failing to display the mandatory Risk Disclosure in all promotional materials
Self-referral or abuse of the referral system
Quantro Global reserves the right to withhold commissions and terminate Partner Program participation for any breach of these compliance rules.
Section 05
Termination
5.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by initiating a final withdrawal of all remaining capital and formally submitting an account closure request via the Member Dashboard.
5.2 Termination by Quantro Global
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms, violation of AML/KYC policies, or engagement in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your active License Key will be immediately revoked.
Section 06
Intellectual Property and Disclaimer
6.1 Ownership
All intellectual property rights related to the Quantro Global platform, the AI EA software, the algorithms, and the Licensing Key framework are the exclusive property of Quantro Global Technology Group Ltd.
6.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Quantro Global expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Section 07
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the designated Arbitration Body.
By continuing to use the Quantro Global service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
